Prepared as above but baked in a terrene with feta cheese and Greek hot peppers. Our own creation.

Was inspired to create this one after a memorable visit to “el humedo” in Leon, Spain

JAMAICAN STYLE BAR B-Q

Jerk Roasted Seafood    14.95
In the tradition of Jamaica’s “roadside jerk stands”. Fin and Shellfish, roasted inside a foil “cartuche” on a bed of spinach and smothered with the Jamaican bar b-q sauce from where it gets it’s name.
